REGULATIONS ON SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP: EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE

Support of social entrepreneurship is a promising area economic and development Ukraine, while the domestic regulatory framework does not define concept entrepreneurship, therefore formation necessary mechanisms public administration to support it problematic. This study analysed understanding “social entrepreneurship” in regulations official documents European Union EU member states, such as Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Romania, Slovenia, Finland, former UK states; common elements this are established author's definition formulated proposal for use Ukrainian system relevant regulations; legal basis regulation above countries outlined further research determine field reintegration servicemen, veterans ATO / JFO their families.
